The Creative Playhouse is a modern creative academy in Milton & Oakville where kids ages 6–11 learn photography, videography, design, AI tools and storytelling. We have one active vacancy right now.

Creative Tutor (Photography, Video & Storytelling)
Milton & Oakville, Ontario After-school, 2 evenings a week
You'll run our after-school creative classes using a curriculum that's already built for you — slide by slide, activity by activity. No lesson planning from scratch; just great energy and a love for helping kids create.
What you'll do
- Lead one-hour after-school creative classes for kids ages 6–11 using our ready-made curriculum
- Set up iPads, cameras and class materials before each session
- Run sign-in / sign-out and attendance on our tutor portal
- Keep the room safe, warm and high-energy — every child gets seen and heard
- Share short class recaps and photos with the studio team
What we're looking for
- Experience working with children (teaching, camp, coaching or tutoring)
- Comfortable with photography, video, Canva or general creative tools
- Clear, upbeat communicator who can hold a room of 8–12 kids
- Available Tuesdays & Thursdays (Milton) or Wednesdays & Fridays (Oakville), 4:45–7:15pm
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (or willing to obtain one before starting)
